The basics of database marketing...

This strategy is an easy one, and makes money for you over and over, with very little work.

First you gotta build your database. There are steps to follow later in the course.

Then whenever you want to get your customers to buy stuff, you simply...

• type out your promotional stuff on a computer ( 1 hour )
• add a letter that sounds personal and heartfelt explaining what it is all about (30 minutes)
• photocopy or print heaps of it ( 30 minutes )
• whack it all in envelopes and drop it in the post (30 minutes)
• or whack it all in an email version and hit "send" (20 minutes)

That's all it is, really.

Think about it...

For a few of hours work, you have just gotten in touch with ALL the customers who already know and value your service...

...and you've told them all about your special thing that's happening in your business.

...or you've simply invited them to come back and visit you again.

Why wouldn't you do such a simple, targeted, cost-effective form of advertising?
